Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, all sales are final.

We kindly ask you to review product details and descriptions carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles or sets once they have been shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

•   your order number

•   clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
